These terms govern your use of the Luqora Books & People private beta, operated by LUQVERSE LTD.

Private Beta Status

Luqora is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change.

Eligibility

Luqora is for business users only. You must be authorised to act on behalf of your business.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and authenticator-app 2FA. You must not share your login details with unauthorised parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal activity
• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the service
• Impersonate another person or business
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to access other tenants' data
• Use the platform to store or process prohibited content

Verification Requirements

Depending on your plan, verification may include email verification, mobile SMS OTP, Companies House validation (where applicable), and authenticator-app 2FA.

Beta Plan Terms

Starter / Free

Always free. No credit card. No automatic charges.

Pro

Free for 6 months during private beta. No credit card required. No automatic charge. Manual upgrade after beta.

Business

Free for 3 months during private beta. No credit card required. No automatic charge. Payment setup later.

No card is collected during private beta. No automatic charges apply.

Storage Limits

• Free / Starter: 500 MB total workspace storage
• Books Pro: 5 GB total workspace storage
• People Pro: 5 GB total workspace storage
• Complete Pro: 10 GB total workspace storage
• Business: 100 GB total workspace storage

Storage is total workspace storage, not a monthly upload allowance.

Additional storage available on request during private beta.

Product Limitations

• VAT draft summaries for review only — Luqora does not submit VAT returns to HMRC.
• Payroll preparation only — Luqora does not calculate or submit PAYE, NI, pensions, or RTI.
• Luqora does not provide professional tax, legal, or accounting advice.
• No migration, data import, or setup assistance during private beta.

User Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the data you upload to Luqora. You must ensure you have the legal right to store and process any personal data you upload, including employee records and customer information.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the platform, or fail verification requirements. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Service Availability

As a beta product, uptime is not guaranteed. We aim for reasonable availability but may have maintenance windows.

Liability Limitation

[Liability limitation — to be finalised before production. During private beta, the service is provided as-is without warranty.]

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
